I often go hiking into some pretty wild areas in the forests of central Oregon. The Pacific Crest trail runs from the southern border of the state to the northern border. I have hiked on and off the trail. For the second reason I like having a portable gps system. My last one fell into a river and disappeared. So I went online to find another one.
