presentation, I would come across as far more genuine. I think that was one of the hardest hurdles to overcome in this class; the fact that we are being graded up there no doubt makes many people more nervous than in a purely public speaking environment. I r4 ds lite guess it would be unrealistic to expect no pressure on a speech. Still, there is a difference between public speaking for the sake of public speaking and public speaking to be graded. I think overall however, this was a very informative class for most of the people who attended it and I can now understand why it is considered required curriculum. If we are to be leaders, it is inevitable that our speaking skills must be up to par.
