I have been thinking about taking the next few months and getting back into shape.  Somewhere about 2 months ago I decided that working on a regular basis was too time consuming.  However, after taking the time off from working out I have found that I am just as busy as I was, but I am out of shape.  This makes me feel worse in the long run for obvious reasons.  The Fitness Equipment that I have in my home is more than enough for me to get back on track. I am excited about this more than I ever have before.
