You have to remember that preparation is one of the things that will lead to successful laminate flooring installation. All floorings of this type need to get acclimatized in the place where you are planning to install then for a minimum time of 48 hours. If you do not do this then the flooring will contract or expand after installation, leaving the floor in a big mess. You have to keep the unopened packs of the flooring into the center of the room and let them remain there for at least 2 days. Before installing make sure, the base floor is flat and clean.
