My husband and I are in the process of trying to sell our house, and in the current housing market we know that it won’t be easy. House values have dropped, and in order to sell a house it has to be in perfect condition and in a favorable neighborhood. One thing we did to get potential buyers to want to take a closer look is using a planter full of flowers right at our mailbox. The vibrant red and yellow blooms draw attention to our house, and lead the eye up to our front door. After our open house this weekend, we had three offers!
