I have decided that I am going to set a long term goal of getting six pack abs. I know that it isn’t likely I will get them any time soon, but through working towards this long term goal I will also improve my looks and my health. In order to get these I will need to do a lot of cardiovascular exercise, and I will need to strengthen my core with exercises for my abs and back. Both of these things will improve my looks and my health, even if I never reach my ultimate goal in the end.
