A most extraordinary place to visit in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is Cades Cove. The cove is incessantly glorious and perpetually ever changing. If you get there in early daybreak or maybe at twilight you may run across the deer grazing with the cows. You might even encounter upon a black bear, its nose testing the air for your aroma. A red fox may cross the road directly in front of you or a wild turkey or two can be seen escaping for cover. There is so very much Smoky Mountain nature to see here. I imagine that is why visitors come back to Cades Cove again and again.
